Orbit Stage

The Orbit stage system is a clear span, modular aluminium arch system. Using combinations of truss length and arch spacing, different widths and depths are achieved. A high quality blackout membrane is fitted to groves in the sides of the trusses, giving completed weather protection with ease. The use of the D-end and cantilever produces increased weather protection while improving sight lines and give the orbit its definitive good looks.

The stage base is constructed with an integrated shoring and decking system. This allows the stage to be constructed at any height, over most terrain's, further increasing the flexibility of the orbit system.

All orbits can come with stairs, ramps, PA wings and flying systems and big screen facilities as per the clients requirements.

Every stage comes with full Health and Safety documentation, insurance and engineering calculations.

Orbit Sizes

The 12m Orbit stage roof offers the best answer when a smaller event is being planed, but the need for weather protection, flexibility and looks are still important. Typical size combinations are 12m x 9.6m, 12m x 12m and 12m x 14.4m.

The 15m Orbit stage roof, is the perfect solution when space or budgets are tight, but production values high. Typical size combinations are 15m x 12m, 15m x 14.4m.

The 18m Orbit stage roof, is equally at home being used for a major rock festival, or large classical event with a full orchestra and choir. The depth of stage can be increased to accommodate covered set up areas, or other production needs. Typical size combinations are 18m x 12m, 18m x 14.4m and 18m x 18m.
