In 2004, First Stage supplied the structures for the first Hogmanay street party staged in Aberdeen since the Millennium. Over 50,000 people turned out to see Deacon Blue perform on a 15m Orbit at the city's Castle Gate. Additionally, First Stage supplied a mobile unit for the cities Union Street, which due to road closure restrictions, had to be set up in under two hours, which we comfortably managed.
